Every Thursday night in our 21 & over cocktail lounge the turn tables will be rocking with a rotating cast of talented DJs.

DJ food stamp may spend his time harvesting chicken eggs, nurturing bee hives, daddy-ing, running, and working his day job... but when the sun goes down he is one of Eugene's finest vinyl DJs, known for organizing the TOP SCORE Record Show. food stamp has 25+ years playing & collecting records; come check out his thoughtfully curated set.
Fresh Hop
Festival
PLAY will pour twelve fresh hop beers in the main hall, host live music, face painting and debut the new cocktail menu in the lounge over the course of the weekend. Each day there will be a specialty flight of four fresh hop beers.

Wednesday, September 18th
11am Eight Fresh hop beers will be tapped in the main hall. The bar will offer a flight of four fresh hop offerings.
7pm Pants with Pockets performs live on the patio. Pants with Pockets is a group of Eugene String Queens. Each one of the all female group hail from various local bluegrass groups including Meadow Rue, Cherry Hill and Bake Club.
Thursday, September 19th
11am Four more fresh hop kegs will be tapped in the main hall and a new preset flight will be offered of four unique fresh hop beers.
7pm Meadow Rue performs on the patio. Meadow Rue is a string band out of Oregon's Willamette Valley featuring soaring harmonies and original song writing from Greg Oldson & Sarah Mazze. Jack Wheeler's dobro and Heather Brey's fiddle add layers of joyful and mournful sounds. Steve Korin on upright bass.
Friday, September 20th
11am A new flight of four fresh hop offerings will be offered in the main hall.
5pm Cross Roads Farms will be at PLAY selling their peppers and hot sauce. Cross Roads Farm is the former home to Agrarian Brewing and hop farm. The hop picking parties that they hosted out at the farm inspired this event. Having Cross Roads present is a tribute to the love we at Play have for the contribution to the Eugene craft beer community that Agrarian made over the years.
6pm Chantel Wright, face painter extraordinaire, will be transforming faces into mystical animals on the PLAY patio.
Saturday, September 21st
11am A new flight of four fresh hop offerings will be offered in the main hall.
4pm Autumn cocktail menu debut in the Cocktail Lounge
4-6pm Tasting with Hood River Distillers in the Cocktail Lounge
September 18th-21st
It’s harvest season and the bines are ripe for the plucking. Join us to explore the flavors of the hop season with beers from some of our favorite breweries made to showcase fresh hops. It’s a race to the tank and a dash to the taps to get the beer in your glass as fresh as possible.

If you’re not quite familiar with his name, then most assuredly you would recognize his voice from either his featured appearances on tracks from Jake Childs, Jay J, or Derrick Carter just to name a few, but on his own releases that have been bumping dance floors for more than a decade now.

One of the true pioneers of the Northwest scene, Miles Airon sustains a genuine presence with over two decades of experience on the decks. Ranging trough Tech House, Deep Tech, Deep House, Techno, Garage, Future Bass, Footwork, Drum & Bass, Soul, Hip- !.!lHop and some Trap on occasion, Miles doesn’t allow one genre to define his style. Rather, it evolves staying fresh and current as sonic tastes change. Performing and collaborating with Gaia Tribe, Tropical House LA, Northwest House Music Conference, Symbiosis Eclipse, Lightning in a Bottle and various other production entities, Miles Airon has been a pinnacle player in the scene and continues to broaden his involvement in the industry.
Putting the dance floor in motion since 1996, the “Preacher Man”, as some of his friends call him, continues to create interactive moments of connection within each listener, synchronizing the dance floor. As a performer, he understands the deeper meaning behind music and brings this awareness to his sets. Playground Sports offers tournaments throughout the year to meet your recreational needs. Participants can sign up as a team or if you don’t have a team, sign up as a free agent and we will find a team for you. Check out our upcoming tournaments and locations, we may be hosting a one near you. Get registered and have a ball.
Teams of 6-12 will play a minimum of 3 games to determine the best FOOS.
